This is the essence of Bliss—a state of pure happiness and self-realization. The symbol "悠" (YU) perfectly captures this feeling, embodying tranquillity, peace, and the timeless flow of life. It resonates with the slow-aging philosophy at the heart of my work and the activities I offer.
For me, yoga has evolved from a simple practice to a way of life. What started as an occasional practice became my motivation to discover new things, explore the world, and deepen my understanding of others and myself. My foundation is rooted in Sivananda Yoga, a holistic system that integrates five key elements: Asanas (physical exercises), Pranayama (breathing techniques), Savasana (relaxation), a Vegetarian Diet, and Positive Thinking, all intertwined with Meditation. Sivananda Yoga teaches us to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit, fostering balance and inner peace. Over the years, I’ve also expanded my knowledge to include various yoga and meditation techniques, such as Hormone Yoga Therapy for Women (based on the Dinah Rodrigues method), Yoga Nidra, Aroma Therapy Yoga, Chakra Balancing, Sup Yoga, and diverse meditation practices like Tibetan Buddhist, Zen, and Bali Usada Healing Meditation.
As the first authorized Yoga BOU instructor in Poland, trained in Michiko Minegishi’s method, my teaching focuses on deepening the relationship between the body, mind, and emotions. My approach is to invite students to engage with their practice at whatever capacity they can, emphasizing mindfulness rather than performance. My goal as a teacher is to ensure that students leave each session feeling calm, relaxed, and filled with positive energy. I invite you to step into your own journey of self-discovery, to embrace who you truly are, and to foster a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.
In line with my belief that true health and happiness come from harmony with nature, I offer Nature Healing and Forest Therapy during our intimate yoga, meditation, and healing retreats. These retreats are designed for individuals seeking to reconnect with themselves, recharge their energy, and rediscover their inner strength, vitality, and love for the world.

Beyond yoga, I am passionate about promoting an Anti-Aging Lifestyle and a holistic approach to Beauty and Wellness. This includes the rejuvenating practice of Japanese Anti-Aging Facial Massage, which promotes youthful, radiant skin, as well as Natural Beauty practices that focus on organic skincare using the highest quality ingredients. I also integrate Yakuzen Medicine Food and Cooking, a traditional Japanese approach to nutrition, along with the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Bojin Therapy. These practices support optimal Women’s Health, Hormonal Balance, and overall Well-Being. Additionally, Aromatherapy, with its essential oils, and the use of Superfoods for Hormonal Balance & Beautiful Skin, are integral to my approach, supporting emotional and physical healing and helping to slow the aging process.
One of my core focuses is Menopause Supporting and Coaching. I offer personalized support to help Women navigate the physical and emotional changes of menopause, using techniques from Hormone Yoga Therapy, lifestyle adjustments, and holistic health practices to ease the transition and promote well-being during this important life stage.
Travel is also an essential part of my life. It allows me to explore new places, flavours, sounds, and meet like-minded individuals. I see travel as a way to discover new perspectives, just as yoga provides a path to personal growth, freedom, and self-realization.

There are many yoga teachers around and many places you can start to practice. The point is not to jump in the big water without an introduction, without understanding how and what way yoga will change your body and mind.
