Kerala- “God’s own country” is well-known for its mesmerizing backwaters, ecotourism initiatives, scenic beauty, amazing beaches, and mouthwatering cuisine.

Our destination is a mysterious, exotic and magical Varkala – the ideal place to spend a week practicing Aroma Yoga, Chakras Balance and Meditation, as well as discovering the Path to Empowered Living in Love as a Female.

The beach of Varkala is famously known for its natural spring that is considered to have medicinal properties. The locals believe that taking a dip in the holy waters of the beach can cure the body of its ailments and the soul of its sins.

The place is ideal to practice Yoga, Meditation and Healing practice, as well as to find internal calm for all those seeking harmony and time for themselves.
Exclusive use of this resort includes access to the pool, tranquil gardens provide an ideal setting for meditation plus poolside meals & Morning Yoga and Sunset Yoga session daily.

Day 1st -Saturday

Guests Met from Trivandrum International Airport and taken to our unique and exclusive retreat Satta Beach Retreat in Varkala.

Guests will relax around the pool after their check in and meet their new friends before our evening Sunset Yoga Welcome and evening dinner by the pool.

Day 3rd- Monday

8th Day- Saturday (Departure Day)

1. Dear Guests during your free time you may consider body & Kobido facial massages, extra healing sessions & art workshops and private consultations with the yoga teacher. (Additional fee applicable)

2. Women who have never practiced yoga or meditation are also invited to take part in our retreat packages – our classes will be adjusted to the level and skills of each participant. Individual sessions are also possible after appointment.

3. Hormone Yoga Therapy for Women- retreat is mostly dedicated to women, during our daily yoga classes we will practice a hormone yoga, including special asanas, essential oils, meditation, and relaxation techniques. More details at: www.yogablissinme.com/yoga/hormone-yoga-therapy-for-women

4. Yoga Nidra, also called “Yogic Sleep” or “Sleep with Awareness”, is the conscious meditative state found between relaxing and sleeping. During the Aroma Yoga Nidra session, the participants will try a deep relaxation practice that starts with pranayama, or breath work, to centre the mind followed by a brief, gentle asana practice to ready the body for a calming Yoga Nidra meditation, done in Savasana pose, with accompanying of organic essential oils. This is an effective and powerful practice to produce profound healing, stress, and insomnia reduction.

5. Chakra Balance for Women –during the session, the participants will try a deep practice to activate and re-block each chakra- Muladhara (Root Centre), Svadisthana (Sacral Chakra), Manipura (Solar Plexus Chakra), Anahata (Heart Chakra), Vishuddha (Throat Chakra), Ajna (the Third Eye) and Sahasrara (Crown Chakra). Our practice starts with pranayama, or breath work, to centre the mind followed by a brief, gentle asana practice to make your body ready for a calming relaxation and chakras-oriented meditation with accompanying of special organic essential oils and music.

My Yoga

My yoga background is Sivananda Yoga – a holistic combination of five essential elements – proper exercises (Asans), proper breathing (Pranayama), proper relaxation (Savasana), proper diet (Vegetarian) and Positive Thinking combined with Meditation.
