Aroma Yoga Nidra

Aroma Yoga Nidra

Deep Relaxation of Body & Mind

To keep the harmony of Body & Mind, I invite you to special Aroma Yoga Nidra sessions for everybody interested in the development of deep relaxation through a lying-down meditation that induces full-body relaxation and strong states of awareness, accompanied by organic essential oils.

Yoga Nidra, also called “Yogic Sleep” or “Sleep with Awareness”, is a conscious meditative state found between relaxation and sleep.

Yoga Nidra means sleep with a trace of awareness. It is a state of mind between wakefulness and dream. When you practice yoga nidra you are opening the deeper phases of your mind. At this moment, your intellectual mind is operating, but when you are able to relax, the subconscious and unconscious levels of mind open.

During the Aroma Yoga Nidra session, you will try a deep relaxation practice that starts with pranayama, or breath work, to center the mind followed by a brief, gentle asana practice to make your body ready for a calming Yoga Nidra relaxation, done in Savasana pose, accompanied by organic essential oils.

Within the relaxation, I will guide you through intentional body scanning and guided imagery to reach a state of total body-mind surrender and relaxation. This is an effective and powerful practice to produce profound healing, stress and insomnia reduction.

Chakra Balancing & Essential Oils

Chakra Balancing
& Essential Oils

“The Seven Wisdoms of Life- a journey into the Chakras”

To keep the harmony of Body & Mind, I invite you to special holistic Chakra Balancing & Essential Oilsworkshops for everybody interested in harmonising and activating your Chakrasthe energy centres with breathing techniques(pranayamas), asanas, music (mantras), meditation and essential oils.

One of the most important functions of the chakras is to receive the Prana (universal life energy) we absorb through breathing and other sources, to store and distribute it all parts of our body, preserving out health. But before distribution, the chakras have to change their vibration frequency, in order to compatible with each areas of our body. Therefore, we can say that chakras act as receivers, transformers and distributors of the various form of prana.

During the Chakra Balancing & Essential Oils session, the participants will try a deep practice to activate and re-block each chakra- Muladhara (Root Center), Svadisthana  (Sacral Chakra), Manipura (Solar Plexus Chakra), Anahata (Heart Chakra), Vishuddha (Throat Chakra), Ajna (the Third Eye) and Sahasrara (Crown Chakra).

Our practice starts with pranayama, or breath work, to center the mind followed by a brief, gentle asanas practice to ready the body for a calming relaxation and chakras-oriented meditation with accompanying of special organic essential oils and music.

When we activate our chakras with the help of organic essential oils (different fragrance for each chakra),we benefit from both the ways they have of transmitting their qualities.

Essential oils which are the life force of the plant that they come from. Much like human blood works in the body, essential oils help to regulate the various functions, and promote the overall health of the plant. The holistic effect of various scents and the chakras they are associated will bring us to deeper relaxation, physical/emotional/mental healing, inner balance and self-awareness.

No prior experience with yoga is necessary to fully enjoy the benefits of this workshop.

SUP Yoga is becoming an increasingly popular outdoor activity. The benefits of stand up paddle yoga are endless, and a few quick tips and sequences will help you become the ultimate SUP Yogi and Yogini

Combining yoga and stand up paddleboarding (SUP) is merging the best of two worlds. When you blend the mental and spiritual benefits of yoga with the natural and physical advantages of surfing, your body will react positively and you will feel the power of full yogic relaxation and happiness.

SUP Yoga is a relaxing experience, and it will improve your surfing, kiteboarding, windsurfing, and stand-up paddleboarding skills. If you're simply a yoga enthusiast and never tried any water sport, you can try SUP Yoga and be addicted forever.

The setup process is quite simple: instead of having a mat placed on the floor, you practice yoga on a stand-up paddleboard in a water environment. You can do it in the ocean, in a lake, pond, river or even in a pool.

Sup Yoga is a perfect blend of Spirit, Body, and Nature, surrounded by water and focus on yoga, health, fresh air and outdoors.

Yoga Bou

Amazing yoga practice which brings a balance, flexibility, tones, strengthens, relaxation and joy!

Yoga Bou is a prop designed to help to release muscular tension in the body. Utilizing leverage, the Bou (stick or road in Japanese) creates greater power on one side as you push another side away from the center. As it works on smaller masses of muscles and those in deeper layers, it draws out joint mobility naturally available in your body. By awakening the deeper muscles, the Bou will help to realign your body axis, the basis of good posture, and release tension and around shoulders and hip joints. It is also an effective tool to teach correct alignment in Yoga poses.

This method was invented by Michiko Minegishi, a famous Japanese yoga teacher. Yoga Bou exercises are especially appreciated in Asia, for instance in Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Yoga Bou is a great practice for those who have chronic shoulder and jaw discomforts, tight shoulders, frozen shoulder syndrome will benefit the most from the exercises. Those who have dislocations or torn rotator cuff are advised not to engage in some of the exercises.

Meditation

“My mind is clear and calm like a lake without waves”

Meditation is the practice of offering a constant observation of the mind. It means focusing the mind on a point, stilling the mind in order to perceive the Self. By stopping the waves of thoughts you come to understand your true nature and discover the wisdom and tranquillity that lie within. Consciously or unconsciously we are seeking the peace of mind that meditation brings.

Yoga teaches us that we possess a source of joy and wisdom already inside us a fund of tranquillity that we can perceive and draw nourishment from when the movement of the mind is still. If we can channel this desire for contentment inward instead of attaching it to external objects that are ephemeral by nature, we can discover how to live in peace and happiness.

Meditation, like sleep, cannot be taught- it comes by itself, at its own time. But if you follow the right steps, to begin with, you can speed up your progress considerably.
